NEW
"From Inexperienced to Professional" BREXA's New Commercial Starring Hio Miyazawa Released April 24, 2026
BREXA HoldingsCorporation (Headquarters: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Takayuki Yamazaki) today announced the launch of the first two commercials in its new CM series, "To the Next Level of Potential," titled "Everyone Starts as an Amateur" and "Engineers," which will begin broadcasting and streaming on April 24, 2026. Hio Miyazawa has been appointed as the brand ambassador, and we will communicate the features of BREXA's human resource services, which nurture individuals from amateurs to professionals, to a wide audience.

Regarding the CM
In the first installment of the series, titled "Everyone Was a Beginner," brand ambassador Hio Miyazawa's narration, "Everyone was a beginner. Of course, so was I," sets the scene. Following this, a diverse range of individuals who grew into professionals from beginners at BREXA appear one after another, delivering the powerful message, "Everyone became a professional from being a beginner." The film depicts the "possibility of becoming a professional" with fresh and dynamic visuals, aimed at those taking their first step, such as IT engineers, semiconductor engineers, manufacturing operators, and construction engineers.
In the "Engineer" segment, we focus on a first-year engineer who joined BREXA. This segment depicts how individuals with no prior experience can grow into professionals at BREXA. We show their transformation from their initial expressions upon joining, through various training programs, to a confident, "professional look." Through the realistic changes of one individual, we convey BREXA's potential as a human resource development platform.

■ Hio Miyazawa Interview
What were your feelings when you were decided to appear in CM, and what are your thoughts and impressions of BREXA?
A. BREXA's tagline, "Taking possibilities to the next level," particularly left a strong impression. I also started my career as an actor with no prior experience, and through repeated failures, I've continued to challenge myself with the support of those around me. I feel a strong commonality between my life's journey and BREXA's corporate stance of striving to expand people's potential through human resource services.
What are the highlights of the CM?
A. This commercial introduces BREXA's human resources services, which allow individuals to grow from beginners into professionals. I aimed for a performance that was both confident and inclusive, so that we could be seen as a reliable partner for those looking to take a new step forward.
Q. Have you taken a new step recently?
Entering my 30s, I realized that what I incorporate into myself now will greatly influence my future, over the next 10 to 20 years. Because of this, I've started to be more mindful of choosing things that are good for my body. For example, I buy brown rice and mill it fresh every day with my home rice mill. I also eat seasonal ingredients and pay attention to improving my own quality of life by consulting with my body.
Q. Is there anything new you would like to try as an actor?
A. I want to take on roles I've never played before, especially characters that are the complete opposite of my public image. By delving into aspects of myself I wasn't even aware of, I hope to explore new possibilities as an actor.
To those who are starting something new: Don't be afraid to fail, and remember to enjoy the process.
New challenges naturally come with anxiety, and I myself face those feelings every time. People tend to set their own limits arbitrarily, but depending on the support and resources around you, your potential can expand limitlessly. I believe BREXA is precisely that kind of place. If you're even a little hesitant, please take the plunge, because those around you will help.
