Opening Ceremony Held for BREXA Academy CrossBorder Bogor– New Japanese Language Training Center with Capacity for 1,000 Established in Bogor Regency, Indonesia –

PT. BREXA Raya Indonesia (hereinafter “BREXA Indonesia”), a group company of バカラ., held the opening ceremony for its new campus, BREXA Academy CrossBorder Bogor (hereinafter “BREXA Academy CB Bogor”), in Bogor Regency, Indonesia, on February 5, 2026. The ceremony was attended by representatives from the Government of Indonesia, including the Ministry of Education, the Ministry for the Protection of Migrant Workers, the Ministry of Manpower, and the Investment Coordinating Board. In addition, 100 representatives from partner high schools and universities in the Greater Jakarta area and regional institutions, as well as 200 Indonesian trainees currently studying Japanese at BREXA Academy CB Bogor, participated in the event.

BREXA Academy CB Bogor can accommodate up to 1,000 Indonesian individuals aspiring to work in Japan. Combined with the existing 10 BREXA Academy CrossBorder campuses, the Group can now provide ongoing Japanese language education to approximately 3,000 students in total.

Japan is currently facing a structural labor shortage driven by its declining birthrate and aging population. Population projections indicate a labor shortfall of approximately 6 million workers by 2030, increasing to around 10 million by 2040 as the working-age population declines sharply. In this unprecedented “labor supply-constrained society,” the active participation of young and motivated international talent in Japan’s labor market is essential to sustaining and developing the country’s industries and social infrastructure.

Since launching its Japanese language education and worker dispatch business in 2015, BREXA Indonesia has supported approximately 11,000 Indonesians in securing employment in Japan as of the end of January 2026. By 2030, the company aims to provide matching and education services to a cumulative total of approximately 40,000 individuals in partnership with Japanese companies. Moving forward, BREXA Indonesia will continue to provide end-to-end services—from recruitment and education to post-arrival support in Japan—leveraging its own internal resources.

[Recruitment] BREXA Indonesia has established direct partnerships with approximately 200 high schools and universities nationwide. By conducting seminars primarily in regional areas where information gaps are prevalent, the company provides opportunities for Indonesians across the country to pursue employment in Japan. These initiatives also help eliminate excessive intermediary fees, contributing to greater transparency across the industry.

[Education Program] A key feature of BREXA Indonesia’s Japanese language education is its focus on practical conversational proficiency. The company employs 10 Japanese instructors and places continuous emphasis on native-level conversation training. In addition to language instruction, the curriculum includes education on Japanese culture and workplace readiness, utilizing proprietary teaching materials to ensure up-to-date and practical learning. BREXA Academy CB Bogor operates as a fully residential institution and provides meals, thereby offering opportunities to individuals who may otherwise face financial barriers to pursuing employment in Japan.

BREXA CrossBorder Inc., a group company of BREXA Indonesia, provides post-arrival life support services for Indonesian workers in Japan. The company employs approximately 60 Indonesian staff members who deliver comprehensive support to both host companies and workers in their native language.

During the opening ceremony, two trainee representatives addressed the audience: Azril, who is scheduled to depart for Japan in March 2026 to work in the caregiving sector, and Dona, who will depart in February 2026 to work in building cleaning services.

Azril expressed his aspiration to work sincerely with each resident at a care facility and to bring smiles to their faces through compassionate service. Dona shared her determination to contribute to creating safe and comfortable living environments for people through her work in building cleaning services.

The BREXA Group upholds the purpose: “Breaking the boundaries of work,to create possibilities for more people.” By earnestly addressing one of Indonesia’s major challenges—job creation—the Group will continue contributing to the mutual development of both Indonesia and Japan through its education and employment initiatives.
