BREXA Group Holds First Group Employee Meeting "ONE BREXA 2026" Since Rebranding - 1,500 Employees Gathered at the Venue, Approximately 2,000 Participate in Online Streaming Nationwide 

(Headquarters: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Takayuki Yamazaki) held its first Group Employee Meeting "ONE BREXA 2026" after the rebranding on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the Tokyo Garden Theater. More than 1,500 employees gathered at the venue from all over Japan, and approximately 2,000 participated via online streaming.

■ Details of the Group's General Meeting of Members

The theme for the 2026 Group Employee Meeting was "ONE BREXA," and the meeting was held as an opportunity for employees across the country to gather together to feel the passion of the group, share the future they are aiming for together, and honor each other.

The Group Employee Meeting lasted about four hours and included a top management presentation on where BREXA is headed in the future, six months after the rebranding, the "BREXA AWARD" to encourage each employee to think about what they value in their future work, and a variety of hands-on activities both onsite and online. The event was filled with a wide variety of content, including hands-on activities that could be participated in both onsite and online.

In his top presentation, President Yamazaki reiterated the importance to society of the "Growth Realization Platform" concept, which the BREXA Group aims to create in the midst of drastic changes in social conditions, enabling people of all backgrounds to overcome the boundaries that exist in "work" and take on the challenges of diverse occupations. He also presented specific business plans for the current fiscal year to the employees.

Among the announcements was the appointment of Hyoyo Miyazawa as the BREXA Group's brand ambassador.

In addition, the "BREXA AWARD," a group awards ceremony held for the first time this year, solicited entries from a wide range of employees based on the concept of "celebrating actions that embody BREXA VALUES and expand possibilities beyond boundaries and challenges.
Seven finalists were selected from stories submitted from all over Japan, and each gave a presentation in front of employees. After the presentations, each employee voted for the challenge that they felt embodied BREXA VALUES, and the MVP and VP were selected.
The MVP was the employment support team of BREXA Next Inc. The team created a scheme from scratch and achieved a large number of employment results in the first year after its launch, which was highly evaluated as embodying BREXA VALUES such as "no boundaries, collaboration" and "all challenges, praise. The Career Path/Posting team at BREXA Technology Inc. was selected as the VP. The team created content filled with tips for a long career at BREXA, such as introducing the processes and types of jobs for engineers working in various industries, and explaining the steps and ideas necessary for career advancement. In addition, the company was recognized for its efforts to make BREXA a company where engineers can fulfill their dreams and continue working, through a system called "engineer posting," in which a portion of job openings for external job seekers are made available on the company's internal system, and engineers themselves can take on projects of their own choice.

In closing the Group Employee Meeting, Kenji Ueyama, Chairman of the Board and Representative Director, took the stage to express his appreciation for the diligent efforts of each and every employee, who are aware of Purpose and BREXA VALUES on a daily basis, and to express his expectations for the further development of the BREXA Group.
